pkoke Terms & Conditions — Essential reading for every member

Pkoke (hereinafter referred to as "we", "pkoke", or "the Platform") is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform operating under an international gaming licence. By using the pkoke.best website or opening an account, you (hereinafter referred to as "member" or "user") agree to all Terms & Conditions set out below.

• Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Depositing via a payment method registered in a third party's name is not permitted.
• Deposits are typically credited to your pkoke wallet instantly.
• If a deposit is delayed due to a technical issue, contact pkoke Support — it will be resolved within 24 hours.

Your account must be fully verified before you can withdraw winnings from pkoke. Withdrawal rules are as follows:

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit depends on your account tier.
• Winnings from bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be made.
• For verified accounts, funds typically arrive via mobile banking within 3–15 minutes.

Pkoke offers a variety of bonuses and promotions — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and special festive offers. The following general terms apply to each offer:

• Each bonus can only be claimed once — the same person may not claim the same bonus more than once.
• Each bonus comes with a specific wagering multiplier (typically 15x–30x).
• If the wagering requirements are not met within the specified period after claiming a bonus, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Using a VPN or multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• pkoke reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus program at any time.

The following rules apply at all times when betting and gaming on pkoke:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — even before the event begins.
• If a match is cancelled in Sports Betting, pkoke will refund the bet in accordance with standard industry rules.
• If a bet is voided due to a connection issue during live betting, pkoke will apply its own policy when determining whether a refund is issued.
• If a technical error is detected in a game result, that round will be declared void.
• The maximum single bet limit on pkoke varies depending on the game or sport.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pkoke and may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Engaging in money laundering or facilitating the flow of illegal funds.
• Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Opening or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate pkoke's systems.
• Attempting to steal or use another member's account credentials.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Impersonating pkoke or misusing its name and brand for fraudulent purposes.

Pkoke may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Failure to pass KYC verification or submission of false information.
• Violation of any clause within the Terms & Conditions.
• Detection of unusual activity or fraud within the system.
• Self-exclusion at the member's own request.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period.

Whether a balance is refunded upon account termination depends on the reason for closure. If the account is terminated due to a rule violation, the balance may not be returned.

Pkoke believes gaming is for entertainment — not addiction. We genuinely care about the mental and financial well-being of every member.

• You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your own account.
• If you feel you need a break, you have the option to pause your account for a set period.
• Once a permanent self-exclusion request is submitted, pkoke will close the account within 48 hours.
• pkoke will never try to entice you back after your account has been closed.
